  1. Don't worry about it. It took me more time to get to do my first chin up than it did for me to go from 1 chin up to 6 pullups. Keep at it!
  2. WOOT! I can officially do 6 strict pullups, beating my brother's 5.5. Next I need to beat 10 (my bf's)
  3. Hey ladies, I'm what I would consider relatively strong. However, the only people I exercise with are my 14 year old brother and 15 year old boyfriend. It's very discouraging to NEVER beat either of them. Any tips on how to deal with the feeling of hopelessness/inadequacy?
  4. I know this is really shallow, but I feel sexiest when my boyfriend randomly tells me I look good. When I try to dress sexy it usually backfires because no one notices and then I feel worse.
  5. Thank you! I'm currently 1 pull up away from my third pull up goal, which is being able to do more pullups than my brother. Update: Beating my brother with 6 pull ups!

  7. I'm a thrower in track. It meets Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. I don't know before hand if the practice will be strength, endurance, or form, so it is difficult to plan workouts. I'm looking for a day-flexible workout plan that will help me be a better thrower (focus on shot put). I also workout on Sundays with a friend, so there is no need to worry about that day. If you need more info tell me. This is my first post, so I'm sorry if it's poorly written.
