  1. Fanks! I lubs you!! Breakfast: Sugar free energy drink Lunch: Leftover sweet potato and chili beans with 3 fried eggs and a banana. Dinner: Beef and potato casserole with marscapone and emmentaler, Brussel sprouts. Other: 2 cereal bars, bowl of cereal, bowl of pudding. Finished ZR5k trainer today. Will start full Zombies run app on Monday.

Breakfast: Lunch: Blue cheese and tomato omelette, handful of pistachios, 2 cups black coffee, sugar free energy drink Dinner: Baaked sweet potato with chorizo chili beans, green beans and wilted lettuce Other: Last of mashed potatoes from yesterday, yogurt, kinder chocolate country bar, 1 oz cheese, mixed fruit juice, potato chips 1 serving, Jamadu popsicle

Breakfast: 2 cups of black coffee, sugar free energy drink Lunch: 1 ounce of cheese, left over curried lentils and pumpkin over rice Dinner: Pizza Fleischkaise, cheey mashed potatoes with broccoli Other: Chicken curry sandwich, sugar free energy drink, fruit and nut bar, more mashed potato goodness, tinned herring, half an avocado I were hungry.... lol CC workout done

Lunch: Steamed cauliflower, tomato sauce, Sardines, 2 fried eggs, banana, 2 leftover eggplant pizzas Dinner: curried lentil and pumpkin over rice Other: corn flake cereal bar, ice cream with peanuts and caramel sauce, 2 oz cheese, bowl of cereal
  5. Ah zombie running is going well. Didn`t do my week 7 day 2 today like I was supposed to but it is progressing nicely. Did CC twice this week. I am totally week and whimpy but I feel good and am happy to be doing it. Also got two job applications in today so that`s good news. Overall things are going well. Thanks for asking.
  6. Breakfast: 1/2 orange, handful of peanuts, 4 cherry tomatoes, sugar free energy drink. Lunch: Spicy chicken noodle and peanut soup with hard boiled egg. 1/4 cup juice. Dinner: Pumpkin and goat cheese risotto and a pork sausage. Other: 2 crackers, sugar free energy drink, bowl of cereal, 2 kinder dulpo chocolates.

Todays foods: Breakfast: 1/4 banana 2 cups coffee Lunch: Polenta with beef stew and rainbow salad Dinner: 1 whole corn on the cob, green beans, smoked trout Rösti Other: Sugar free energy drink, 2 peanut butter cookies, 1/4 sugar cookie from baby girl... and some celery she shoved in my mouth... Polenta with chestnut butter
  8. ok quick update. Ran 2 times last week, supposed to do 3. No job applications in, no food logging done, oohh 1 out of 2 CC work outs done.... Meh bad start for me on this challenge but I can pick it up pretty easily.
  9. Motivation: I want to model the life I want my children to lead and make my wife feel like the sexy awesome beast she is. Main Mission: Have a happy family. Continue running 3 times a week using Zombies run program. Do Convict Conditioning 2 times a week. Log food on My fitness pal at least 3 times a week. (updated 09.28.13) Life Quest Apply for at least 2 jobs per week. I will track my progress with a spreadsheet I will make, that I will try to keep updated better than I did last challenge. 93-100% = A 85-93% = B 78-85% = C 66-78% = D <66% = I (challenge incomplete)

Complete 6 weeks of Zombies, Run 5 k in order to increase my energy to keep up with my own little monsters. Dedicate at least 20 minutes daily to both my monsters and my monsters’ mama of quality time, NO DISTRACTIONS! (from me) Schedule/arrange/make happen at least 3 family outings. Photos will be taken at events to prove these occurred, and could be good memories to have... Life Quest Do 45 minutes of German lessons 5/7 days a week. Here is the spreadsheet to keep track of everything. Chase the Rainbow! (Not up to date and got lazy about it.... meh I know what i did, well and so does Klaymates.) 93-100% = A 85-93% = B 78-85% = C 66-78% = D <66% = I (challenge incomplete) END OF CHALLENGE RESULTS: Complete 6 weeks of Zombies, Run 5k: I completed 5/6 weeks. (83% C) Dedicate 20 minutes daily to little monsters and the monsters' mama: Ok, so over a 6 week time span that's 42 days. I completed 42/42. (100% A) 3 Family outings: I completed 3/3. For my own records they were 2 picnics in the backyard and one at a village park. Fun times with table tennis and delicious chicken curry salad. NOM NOM NOM. (100% A) Do German lessons 5/7 days a week: I completed less than 50% of this goal.... I OVERALL SCORE: 70.75% (D) Well I can say I completed my first challenge. DIdn't do as well as I would have liked too, laziness being the main culprit. I'm happy though I finally finished one of these. Woot on to the next one and doing better! I so I guess that means I can be a Level 2 something..... lol I'll be a Level 2 blank. (Something to be decided later for now)
  11. One class is Python and the other is a learning language. I am self taught Java, some JS, Basic, Haskell, C, C++, Ruby on Rails, and other basic web dev stuff. It's all for funs and giggles and refreshing skills mostly. If I have questions, I'll be sure you send you a message!! Thanks!
  12. Sooo... I have huge blisters on both heels. Last one was made on Friday last week. I usually run on M, W, F but I'm taking an extra day off to try to let these blisters heal up a bit. So I'm switching to T, Th, S. Some day I will get Vibrams...
  13. Quick update. Things are going along fairly well. Haven't miss a run day. Didn't make it to the zoo because Ellie wasn't napping well that day but we still had the picnic I planned in the backyard for supper after she woke up. Still lots of fun pics to come to prove it.
