  1. Hello, so as the title says, I'm getting married Sept 2nd and want to look bad ass for it, maintain afterwards too. I am 41 and pretty active (in the military). I weigh 125 lbs. No workout restrictions. I have a lower belly fat, and fat on the inner thighs and triceps. I'm a size 5 but have cellulite, and some fat deposits in common trouble areas. So my goals: I want to have some muscle definition. I know 4 months is probably not enough time but I want to get as close as possible, my dress is strapless and so I want to have nice arns/shoulders/back. I need a good workout plan. (I'm not afraid to use free weights and can Google how to use machines and how to do exercises) I started today with a program called "True Muscle Trainer" 9 week plan. Is this Good? Any other suggestions? I can't seem to make attach a photo for reference as it's to over 1mb
