  1. Week 2 Recap Training = 71% Mobility = 100% Booze = 86% Fast = 100% To-do = 100% Journal = 100% Random Bits Back in the saddle again. Hoping to be more present now that the exam is out of the way and I know a bit more about upcoming surgery stuff. That was weighing on me a lot more than I realized. Have enlisted wife to help with keeping me on track. Will start training "for real" this week. I won't have time to run a full cycle of anything before I'm down for the count again BUT I'm going to start up anyway. It's been too long.
  2. Still dragging or is your body starting to get used to keto?
  3. No training today because I feel like doo doo. Back on the wagon again tomorrow. Sounds like I will need surgery, but of the surgery options possible I ended up with the better of the two. Small victories. Have an appointment with the surgeon in a week to discuss timing, recovery, and the like. REALLY looking forward to having this stuff behind me!
  4. You're welcome. Glad it's helping! Monday Push-up: 7, 7, 7, 7, 7 Pull-up: 1n, 1n, 1n, 1n, 2n Tuesday Single-Leg Calf Raise: 1lr, 1lr, 1lr, 1lr, 1lr Glute bridge: 13, 13, 13, 13, 14 Random Bits Left calf is still shit due to lower back injury. Someday I'll get my strength back... someday... I have an exam tomorrow that will decide whether or not I will need surgery for the injury I sustained while recovering from surgery. For realz. I am nervous for both the exam and the results. Would love to finally have a clear path back to a healthy body, though.
  5. I'm only allowed to read nonfiction before bed.
  6. I am also reading "The Wise Man’s Fear". Took me a min. to get into the first book but once I did I devoured it. Really enjoying book two so far!
  7. Is keto gonna be a permanent/long term thing or is it just to lose the fat?

  11. Thursday Wall-sit: 30s, 30s, 30s, 30s, 30s, 30s Lunge: 9l, 9r, 8l, 8r, 10lr Glute Bridge: 8, 11, 8, 8, 11 Friday Push-up: 8, 10, 7, 7, 12 Pull-up: 1, 1, 1n, 1n, 2 Random Bits Great motivation going into week 1. Still need to get mobility added to the daily routine; I keep forgetting it. Luckily, I had a massage last night so I'm gonna pretend like that was intentional planning on my part. Spent the day with the kidlet yesterday and he "helped" me knock quite a few things off of the to-do list. Was particularly pleased with myself as they were all things that I didn't want to do but did anyway. Mostly because I knew they'd make my wife happy.
