This is an interesting topic. I've been off the wagon for 6 months. I started eating better and working out for a month. After one hard workout I started spotting brown clotting blood (the first day was painful) on and off Until my regular period. It's unnerving. ( I maintained my workouts). I'm only seeing the doctor because of the duration of time and if you Google this a whole bunch of bad stuff comes up. If you have insurance a pelvic ultrasound is around $900, and most insurances will at least cover most of it. Get one and blood hormone test and a Pap smear if it happens after a month or so. Early detection for all gyn stuff is best.
