  1. Taffythecat, I have tried Duolingo and really like it. I am also using a program that our local public library has provided and my sister just told me about an app called mindsnacks that has some Spanish so I plan to check that out as well. As for my update so far: I did my walking and meditating today. I did not work on box jumps and failed at going to bed 10 minutes earlier last night. I tried but kept getting interrupted and then could not shut my mind off but will try again tonight. I also have not started on the Spanish yet but will hopefully get a little bit in before bed tonight.....
  2. Hi all. I have been an Academy member for several years but this is my first formal 4 week challenge. I have done similar ones with my sister in the past but this is the first official one I have done. My goals for the challenge are: To walk for at least 5 minutes a day. To meditate for at least 5 minutes a day. To work on improving my box jumps to be able to reach 24" To hack my bedtime. And my non-fitness quest is to start learning Spanish. I will try to check in with my progress several times a week, though daily is probably a bit too often for me to manage. I do track all of this in my planner, though, so there is that.....
