    Goal One: Meal plan and prep for six days a week Goal two: exercise: 20 minutes of yoga five days/week and two days of cardio (twenty minutes) in addition to the weight/cardio workout I do 2xs weekly. Goal three: read for pleasure 30 minutes 5xs/week goal four: study 3 days/per week - 2hrs each time.
