So far I love the Academy. :-) The focus on taking small steps in order to form habits and make lifestyle changes, not just do a fad diet or exercise program, is the approach I have been wanting and needing. I'm not eating the best yet, but I am getting there. Also, I have done exercise programs in the past where I thought it was just about going to kill me, and I gave up before really getting off the ground.   9. Hey man! So far, yes, I am finding the Academy to be very useful. I love how the goals are broken down into small manageable ones, everything is explained very clearly and thoroughly, and video demonstrations help a lot. When it comes to the food on my food log, that has to do with where you are currently at in the Academy. The Nutrition is broken down into levels, and you determine where you currently are, and then go from there based on the goals you want to reach. The highest level is ten, but it is stated right there in the nutrition pages that a person should not start at

  12. Hey everyone! I'm currently looking for my fitness sidekick here in or close to Salt Lake City, Utah. I'm in the Assassin class, but even if you are not, I'd still be interested in getting together occasionally to chat, get to know one another, workout, etc. I have friends here in the Valley who are encouraging, but they are pretty much all married with kids, and have to work to find time to hang out just a time or two per month. If anyone is available, let me know.
