A few points:
- You want to keep your arms relaxed as possible until you start to pull yourself under the bar (never pull the bar up with your arms only ever pull yourself under it) as you start pulling with your arms as soon as you get past your knees and it turned into more of a reverse curl.
- When you are pulling yourself under the bar think about pulling it into your collor bone, with me I found thinking this way improved the timing of my catch
- On the jerk you start to push with your arms before you drive with your legs, like with the clean you should be only be using your arms to push your body under the bar after you have finished the drive.
With your front squat it looks a bit like the weight is on your hands/wrist rather than on your shoulders, but that might just be a mobility problem. Your forarms whan to be pointing forwards not down to avoid that.
