So looking in the bright side, I ate good thibgs and came in well under my calorie target and did quite a lot and clocked up a decent walk On the other hand, everything else was a bit shit and I didn't do a proper workshop and I was failing on many non-nf-related fronts that I won't bore you with but tomorrow is another day and I have a plan.   10. I chose not to even try running yesterday. I think after booze keven a small amount) it wouldn't have gone well. Instead, I spent the day with Flyer, doing homework and being read to. Exercise was press-ups and I stayed well inside my calorie goals again so that was good.   12. No specific exercise today - although the four hours of gardening I did were a decent workout and my steps were well above 10,000. Under calories too. I was still working outside at lunchtime so I didn't eat between breakfast (at about 6AM and dinner (at about seven) and although I microdosed booze (sister in law's birthday at a Portuguese restaurant in Camden) I ate pretty healthy stuff and came in under budget.   21. Went for a run early. It didn't go well. First my shorts split and then I had some... Gastrointestinal issues that made me decide it would be safer to retreat to avoid disaster. I managed abiut 3km waking/running and a fair bit of cycling so calling it a win despite not going to plan, exactly. The intention was there. Calories were within lad limits but outside bird limits Tasks mostly done but missed an important one so it's a fail.
