  1. I saw a picture you guys might like: It even has a kitten. Too bad she doesn't have a flower in her hair, but at least she likes elephants.
  2. Lol Rangers. Running around with flowers in their hair and playing moonlit sonatas on their bowstrings. Afterwards they head to Whole Foods to tether up their steed Ariel Moonsong and purchase ripe dingleberries to mince into chutney. Later their loverboy will arrive home and they'll stay up all night, just holding hands and looking into each others' eyes by the firelight. Rangers are ghey.
  3. I am the same height and at 170, you must have a crap ton of muscle to be 250 and at 18%. What is your deadlift?
  4. I get a large mixing bowl and drop in pepper, cayenne pepper, paprika and garlic powder. Important, NO SALT (it will cure the meat). Then drop in the packet of meat, typically 1 lb ground turkey. Mix it all together and form a good 5-6 patties.

Hang out with girlfriend on weekends, and want to get to the gym one day on the weekend or incorporate a vigorous activity in my schedule with her. Agility: 30 Minutes running after lifting and following couch to 5k while I get used to running again. Nutrition: Limit beers on weekdays, cook more meals. Going back to my dinner staple: Beastman Salad: Lettuce or other cheap ruffage from Tjoes + white wine vinegar and light oil + Low-fat Ground turkey made into patties (with fists duh) with seasoning (cayenne, paprika) Breakfast: I used to eat oatmeal religiously, going back to that since I got myself a microwave. Lunch: Need to start bringing stuff in to work. Weight: Goal of 160. Was able to drop 10 pounds last year following my diet, just got lazy. LIFE GOALS Business: Finish training for MS SQL Cert. Start Cyberwarfare degree. Money: Pay off $500 off credit card with savings accrued. Community: Growl less after sex to keep neighbours happy.
