  4. If there's one thing I hate about living in Alaska, it's the food prices. A <3-lb beef roast should NOT cost $40.00, and don't get me started on produce. No wonder we're all drunks - alcohol is cheaper than food! >.< Hard to have a healthy diet when your wallet's hemhorraging...

  5. So I wonder how I would find time for...well, life...if I decide to embark on my full time job, a part time job, and part time grad school while maintaining all the other aspects of my life. Hmm...this is quite the...pickle...

      I feel your pain... I'm working very nearly fulltime and fulltime grad student for one more semester. Its rough but remember why it's important to you, and if you can't artifulate to yourself why it is, maybe consider why you're doing it in the first place :)

  6. If I am really loved, maybe someone in my family or friends will pay for my CrossFit membership. To me, there's no truer love.

  10. Finally, did 20 squats and ten push-ups (yes, the girly kind), but I managed that at the third time. First success.

  11. Things are going very, very well! I'm having a hard time keeping my progress to myself, but I want to save it for a big reveal! Hope everyone's enjoying the challenge and life in general! Oh! and I got a job in my favorite state so far, Colorado!!! So I'll be going there this summer. Fun stuff!

  14. Had to give my little lion away today (my cat Fred). My friend and her daughter is going to take great care of him. But I'm so sad. =(

  18. Been following NF for about... 6 months. Just signed in to the forums today, for the first time. Yay! But, like you said "you live for food" - I so get that. I really wish that I could just jump aboard the whole paleo diet. But, I don't really know, what I should place instead of what I liked to eat. I am really into salty crunchy stuff. All that boiled stuff, I hate it :P

  19. Got up at 5am, second day in a row. Worked out, meditated, journaled, ate breakfast before leaving at 7am for a training. Pullups done in the dark are more BA than pullups in the daylight. Just sayin'. ;)
