  1. Minichallenge completed! I did choose to focus on the pullups this week with the challenge, and I'm getting closer! I'm not sure if I did write it out, but my goal was to do 5*5 with a green band without dying, but the in my first round I did 10, so I figured that. Need to move on, took the purple band and did my 5*5 with that instead! So, I completely smacked my minichallenge in the face, very happy!
  2. Monday, three days since my last update but I have been busy IRL. Friday started with a weighin, and Im steadily getting slimmer, and was now finally under the 85kg ending at 84,9, very pleased! Steadily loosing centimeters to, everything is right on schedule. Friday also had a wod, and for the first time we did HANDSTANDPUSHUPS! And we all did it! I'm still so very very impressed by my box, it's so much fun! So yes, in the strengthsession we all did HSPU, but in the wod I focused on standing still for ten seconds at the time, then 9situps instead of boxjumps, and 9russian swings with a 24kg kb. Fun friday! After a whole week just working out my upperbody, it felt good resting this weekend, but we hade a local competitionday in the box saturday, so I was still there, this time taking pictures. If you are interested you can see some of the pictures here. We also had a afterWODwith barbecue and wine and beer, so there went my sunday. Alot of fun, worth it and I had it all planned with some tendencies of fasting, so Im at the same weight today monday as friday, very happy. Now of for a new week!
  3. Thursday! Diet: totally ok, maybe a bit little, because the leftovers from yesterday wasnt that much. No sugar, only carbs from the banana, well done. Keeping it totally easy on the 80-20, very pleased with that. Wod: Lynne! I got my own wod today, Lynne, and she is: 5 rounds max reps bodyweight benchpress and then pullups. Well, Im not a big fan of benchpress, so we said: lets aim for atleast 10 each every round, knowing the pullups would be the heaviest. So, 30kg benchpress and green band for the pullups. 16-10 14-9 20-8 (when coach stands behind you lift alot more....) 16-8 14-7 Pleased, next time we can go heavier on the benchpress, and the pullups are slow and steady getting better and better. Also bonuspoints today for doing my kneemovements alot during the day. I now walk witjout a limp, but It hurts when I bend it. Slow and steady....
  4. Well thankyou both for your answers! Avatar, here I come!
  5. Hey, it's me again, the rookie. I uploaded a profilepic yesterday, why doesnt it show? It shows when I enter my profile, but how fun is that?
  6. Thankyou! And I really do appreciate that you take the time to say it, warms a rookies heart and makes me feel very much more welcome!
  7. Thankyou! Yes that wa sa good workout, my underarms was killing me when I came to the first farmers walk, but I'm pleased with such a good wod with no cardio!
  8. Oh boom! What time did she row in? Well done though, it is a though one!
  9. Day two, wednesday is wrapping up, and here are the results of the swedish jury! Diet: gets a 4 out of 5, kept to my dieatplan, but I have not been drinking enough water, wich gives me a headache now in the evening... Wod: had a great workout at the box, today I was able to participate in the wod, and just modify it for me, always win! 30 T2B (instead of burpees) 30 pushpress 2*10 kg kettlebells (instead of wallballs) 30 kbswings 16kg Farmers walk about 100m with 2*24 kb (instead of 400m run with kb) 30 pushups handrelease 30 GTO 15kg 30 pushups handrelease FW 30 swings 30 pushpress 30 t2b Time: 23:15, the rest of the group was done in around 25, so it was alot of fun! Also worked on my stretches for my knee. Plus: alot of sun in the beatiful springday! Minus: my allergies came aknockin with a crash, so right now I feel kind off sick...yuck!
  10. Well yes, here is a very organized and practical guy! I think you have put up goals that are doable, and since Im reading in on leangains and will try intermittent fasting myself, this will be very interesting! Good luck!
  11. Okej, summary of the first day! Knee: prote tionbandaid fell off in the shower, and I'm sad to say that an artroscophy doesnt leave mighty scars. But, tje swelling is decreasing and Im feeling better and better. Wod: since the challenge came out and my own goals with the pullups, pullups is what I did! I have been doing my strict oullups with a green band, and my goal today ws 5*5, but then I did 10 with the green band, so I took next syep down and used the purple, YAY! Did my fives kindoff easy, very pleased, next down will be red and then nothing, oooohhh! Wod: half a spitznas 10 pullups-20 pushups 8-18 6-16 4-14 2-12 And then end with 10 pushups Time: 6:45 and I did my kipping pullups as far up as I can. Food: morningsmoothie at 9, egg/bacon and ONE pancale at 13, preworkout I had a progenex more muscle, after workout a eveningsmoothie (no banana, one more egg) Good day sofar!
  12. Challenge accepted! I will be working on my pullups, since my goal is three kipping pullups in five weeks, so now I know what Im doing tonight!
  13. Aha, I see! Then I need to take a minute here and fill that in to, thankyou
