Hi all, I'm just getting started with this site. I have a bit of experience with working out. I regularly do resistance training at the gym, run, do yoga and just got done a round of p90x3. I feel like my overall level of fitness isn't bad but I am "skinny fat". I'm 6'1"/male/30s/167lbs/19% body fat. I have long thin limbs but a layer of fat on my chest and stomach that I am having a really tough time getting rid of. I'm looking for some advice on where to start with my diet and workout plan to reduce overall body fat %. I've read advice about "bulking" to gain muscle then cutting body fat, but honestly right now I'm not comfortable with putting more fat on. I'd like to get my body fat down and build a little more muscle. Has anyone in a similar situation been successful and want to share their tips? Thanks,
