  1. Great job on the sugar and frisbee success! That's so cool! Don't get too discourage about your slow start with yoga. It can be particularly challenging if your core is not in shape yet. Don't give up!
  2. Thanks for the good wishes, all (and for the check-in, livingroovy). I have not been as successful as I had hoped to be. I met my goals for several days in a row this last week, but most days I fall short. I've been giving myself full points each day I meet my goals, and 1s or 2s on days when I make an effort, even when I don't fully meet the goal (e.g. when I eat 2 dessert servings instead of my usual 3, even though this falls short of my 1 dessert serving goal). I made myself log in today so that I could keep myself accountable and not let these goals fizzle out. Thank you for helping me with that!!!

  4. I'm two pounds away from reaching the weight I claimed to be on my driver's licence. Here's hoping this will help get me there... Class: Druid Goals: STR: 2 DEX: 5 STA: 0 CON: 3 WIS: 5 CHA: 0 Goal 1: Limit myself to one dessert serving a day (CON 3) Goal 2: Do some of my physical therapy excersies everyday (DEX 5) Goal 3: Weight train twice a week (STR 2) Life Goal: Pray for one hour everyday, and add daily meditation or spiritual reading on weekends (WIS 5)
  5. Hey, another newbie here...less of a nerd, more of a quasi-geek. I'm stumbling a little as I navigate this site, but I'm excited about joining you all as I recommit to making healthy choices in my life.
