  1. So awesome that you are close to a 30 min run! It's great that your mom is getting her diabetes in control and motivating you. Expexcting to see great results from you.
  2. Glad to hear your foot is feeling better. Your workouts sound awesome. Keep up the good work.
  3. Late signing up because of illness last week. Feeling better, but not 100% yet. From the Boss Battle last challenge I found out that I lack commitment. I use excuses, unrealistic goals and procrastination for not givng the challenge all that I should. I will be focusing on small steps this time around. My goals this challenge are 1. Do Angry Bird Workout 2 STR 2 STAM 2. Try 1 new recipe a week 2 CON 1 CHA 3. Walk and track miles 2 STAM 1 DEX 4. Do at least three things from my to do list 2 WIS 3 CON I can't access the sign in sheet from work. I'll do that later tonight.

  5. I found a place to explore it's called CrabTree Nature Center. About 15 minutes from my house in the same county so I'll consider it home town. It's has dirt trails, marshland and all kinds of wildlife.

  8. Sending prayers your way for your Dad. I finally went through all the clean clothes at the foot of my bed and put them away. Next step towards cleaning and organizing my bedroom is the top of my dresser. You mean my dresser top is not for all the clothes I don't put away?

  12. Excited and ready for Challenge #2 I see my daugher Queen Bee has already signed up. Body Weight Circuit 3x week with the following modifications wall push ups progressing to floor, lunges hurt my knees so instead I'll be doing ~ with one leg at a time step back off a stepper and do leg raises. Goal #1 ~ 3 DEX Be more agile and flexible by doing beginners yoga 3x a week Goal #2 ~ 3 DEX ~ 2 STA Take steps to learn to box by researching instructional material on how to perfect my stances, punching technique and defensive moves Goal #3 ~ 2 STR ~ 2 STA Work towards doing regular push ups by following the "How to do a proper push up" guide (but only doing 10 reps) WK 1 & 2 ~ elevated push ups WK 3, 4 & 5 ~ lower incline push ups WK 6 ~ 10 proper push ups Life Goal ~ 3 WIS Clean and organize the garage Good Luck everyone ~ may your goals always be within reach ******************************* UPDATES Weekly Challenges are going good. Goal #1 been doing yoga 2 times a week. Have to work on this one more Goal #2 watched and practiced boxing techniques from u tube Goal #3 elevated push ups. I was able to do 5 sets of 20. Lower inclines are a bit harder. Can only do 5 sets of 10 Life Goal ~ It's been way to hot to work in the garage. Instead I cleaned our sunroom. It's been a catch all for items that I don't know what to do with. No basement = no storage area. Filled up and ran the hot tub that's been sitting unused for the last few years. Looks like a seal on the motor will need to be replaced. Not too bad considering. Still plan on cleaning the garage once it cools down a bit. Here's a video from our mini challenge #3. Loved exploring for this one.
