  1. Didn't go to they gym to work out all weekend, which sounds awful but I don't regret a second of it. As I said I had my niece all weekend and if you have kids you know how much of a work out they can be. Day Eight: Went and had a date night because the weekend was dedicated to our families. Didn't work out or do anything strenuous. Didn't eat out and ran up three flights of stairs without getting dying. Day Nine: Spent all day in the water. Went out on the boat with my mom, her bf, my best friend, and my niece. Ate reasonably well and got a tan! Day Ten: Did about the same thing. My mom just wanted a nice day out. Swam around in the water even though it was freezing. Had my niece and just had a nice day in the sun. I got stabbed in the bottom of my foot with a stick so I don't know if I'm going to be able to run for a couple of days because even walking hurts, but I am going to the gym tonight and I'm just gonna have to do what I can.

  3. Sometimes people just need a bit more time to recover than what they think. It's nothing bad.

  13. The okay, but not always good list is so tempting though.
  14. Don't be to hard on yourself dahlin. The more you stress about how you're not doing well enough the more it's going to affect how you study and such. So give yourself three days until you get super serious about giving yourself a hard time. Your grade is far more important than this challenge.
  15. No one is perfect in this challenge, as long as you keep trying though you're doing fabulously.
  16. Eight hours straight is still a really long time, even with breaks dahlin.
  17. It kinda gets like that because your body gets hungry at some point, but yes to be like that all the time would be infinitely worse.
  18. That's really sweet. I'm gonna have my niece this weekend hopefully and we're going to have park time and the like. And you're right, they do take a lot out of you but it's worth it. But on top of that I'm going to at the very least do work out DVD's and she likes to do them with me so I'll be set. Thanks for the encouragement though.
