  1. Well, I mean near professional for now, in the gym I'm just doing whatever I feel my body needs me to do !! (without any workout plans) and for out of the gym, I spend nearly one third of my free time for biking, and I also swim once a week. In the gym, I enjoy doing more and more! I do almost every exercise that I think it is good for me right now! and I really love seeing my muscles shaping, maybe for that cause I work too much! ( I spend 1.5 - 2 hour every day in gym ) for out of the gym, as I said, I love biking and I do it a lot, I also like parkour and free running so much but I never had a chance, I'm also planning to have one hour of running every day, and I'm starting it in 3 or 4 days. I want a V-shaped body with six packs, I just don't want a giant body with lots of weight, I want a beautiful muscular body, and of course an agile one! I don't know what is the best, I feel like I can't find any workout plan that gives me the things I want, and also, everyone in the gym keeps telling me that I need a certain workout routine that's why I need help. any other questions ?   2. Hello everyone, I've tried 4-5 different workout plans but actually none of them satisfied me ! I need to build a semi-professional -fitness- workout routine and for that I need your help. I'm 23 years old, 122.5 pounds, and 173 tall, I can work 6 days a week , each day up to 2 hours, but I prefer it to be 4 days a week (not necessary), and bellow is the shape of my body right now : ( more pics here : https://www.mediafire.com/?4cxhjk6jiqzordh) can anybody help me build this, or at least give me some clues ? I've got to mention I don't take supplements (I only take vitamin pills), I can get some dietary advice too. I'll appreciate your help, Regards.
