  1. So I broke and ended up getting some golden corall. It definitely wasn't worth it. I used to do it once in awhile and I would feel fine but apparently after a week and a half of Paleo, my stomach can't handle it. That's probably a good thing. Also I have been having trouble getting the will power to actually work out. So far not doing good but I guess I still have the rest of the month to do better
  2. Yeah I figured that out the hard way, when I forgot to bring lunch to work and couldn't eat any of the vending shit I normally munch on lol I was starving. And I just made Paleo mayo and chicken salad.... It just became my favorite Paleo nom.... I think nom is just food right? Lol
  3. I don't know yet. I've only just started the Paleo and most of what I've eaten has been eggs and veggies... Though I did just eat a galicy salad that was awesome lol
  4. I've got a living room floor and a yoga mat lol I just watch videos on YouTube. I usually just do a 15 min beginner video
  5. I've tried to do a challenge back in August and did really good untill I found Ark and then.... Well my life revolved around Dino's. But I'm ready to try again. 1. I'm going to eat Paleo. Last time I just tried to cut pop, this time I want to do a diet overhaul. Living on Doritos and Mountain dew isn't good for me. 2. I also want to start working out again. Bodyweight exercises every other day and Yoga at least five days a week. My body feels old and I'm only 25. 3. I'm also tired of being broke. I'm very fortunate in that I have a job where I can get nearly unlimited overtime, so I have no excuse to fall behind. I want to start working a 7 day week followed by a 5 day week, at least during winter. Also along these lines, I want to start budgeting better and stop wasting money on stupid s***. Well that's it, there are other things I want to work on but aren't challenge worthy. Basically I'm tired of living like crap and want to make some changes for the better..... Carpe Diem and all that other cliche bull. Lol
  6. I'm new to this forum so I hope this quote works right. I had a similar goal and did good untill payday when I started failing, so I hope you can resist temptation. Your vacation sounds freaking fantastic and I hope you have a lot of fun.
  7. Not to be weird or creepy at all but are you in high school or college? I didn't actually read all your progress reports but I read a good chunk, and couldn't tell. Either way good job man, you have mad determination and time management skills for any age. Just might want to schedule in 10 min a day for some chill time so you don't die lol
  8. Hell yeah man good job. I've been trying to adjust my sleep schedule too and failing utterly. Lol I'm glad your getting it down.
  9. Thanks again man. I'll keep rocking the habitica till maybe I don't need it anymore.
  10. Thanks Isaac. Just out of curiosity did you stop using it and started using the nerd rebellion characters? I like the habitica because I can use it for other things too but the nerd rebellion one is where I got the idea from. When I get some extra money I might get it so I was curious how well it works.
  11. Well I found this app called habitica, which is freaking awesome. It is like a gamified task list. You set your goals and habits and it gives you xp for completing them and you lose health when you don't. It's helping a lot. I've only skipped one work out and I smoked 2 cigarettes, which is still an improvement. I only drink like two pops or coffees a day and I have cut back on my fast food... Although that might be because I'm broke lol. And thanks for the reply elastagirl. I appreciate it. They aren't that big but I wanted to get my feet wet first.
  12. 1) Do three 20 minute bodyweight workouts a week. 2) Only drink 2 caffeinated beverages a night. 3) Cut back on fast food by 50%. 4) Don't smoke any cigarettes.
