Hi! Noob here. With respect to the NF Academy Workouts, how long should one typically stick with the same workout series before attempting the boss battle and moving on? I'm currently thinking 2 weeks which would get me through at least two of each of the workouts. I'm doing the Level 3 bodyweight series and I'm finding that I can finish 5 or 6 rounds of all of the workouts instead of the 4 that is called out in the workout plan. Would that indicate that I need to make the individual exercises more difficult so that I'm at muscle failure right around the 4th round? Or does that indicate that I need to do the boss battle now and move on?
