Giving up sugary drinks, soft drinks, and beers has left just water and tea for dinner. Being a southerner, I do like to sweeten my iced tea, but Don't want to use sugar to do it. I got some stevia, and it doesn't taste all that bad. I was wondering if anyone has done any research on it. The NF Academy only has a little paragraph about it: "Stevia is a naturally occurring sweetener from the Sunflower family. Thanks for the warm welcome, everybody! Glad to be here, and ready to get started on those goals. As of right now, I'm leaning towards one goal in four categories: nutrition, mindset, fitness, professional. These are a rough brainstorm, but here's where I'm thinking for each area Nutrition: cook (and clean up) at least 3 nights per week. (I love cooking, but not cleaning up or unloading the dishwasher is my weak spot.) Hello everyone! My name is Drew and I signed up for NerdFitness a LONG time ago, but failed to get any accountability to go with it, so it totally fell by the wayside. Well, now my brother has signed up, and is going through the Academy, so I'm respawning as he starts out. We're both teachers, so as the new school year looms, we have the opportunity to establish healthy habits and schedules this time around.
