  1. Good day yes for example I replied to my own self to update my challenge!! I do not remember how to make new posts in my challenge. Duh embarrassing also yes want to track my goals and accomplishments (i think)
  2. Can someone help, it has been so long since i have posted I am having trouble figuring out how to create a new post to track how I am doing. It is like wandering around an empty building looking for secret passageways. I have managed to drink my water yay!! Went to my gym twice for leg workouts now it is COVID closed again. Time to look at nerd fitness at home leg workouts really want to get sculpted legs oh did our 5 km race last weekend that five of us trained for all winter, running in snow and all sorts signed up for an 8 km in May
  3. I think i have To go super simple - drink 3 litres water each day -my gym just reopened and i will go two times a week i forget how this all works!

  5. So i want to be bad ass and list my workouts and meals, i am failing these last couple weeks because I am in a challenging mental funk. Positives - still going to do weight training work outs - running with a group 3 x a week, company is a definite +++ - have someone i can talk to weekly personal challenge on this round Simply: - work on feeling good daily, includes walks, self talk, distracting with reading, or watching screens ie. Netflix, World Series, what evs - continue to try and eat, eat clean feeling shitty and hoping this will pass!! I find all of your posts inspiring people, *nods to virtual pals*

  7. Clearly I suck at Phase 3....cannot seem to focus enough to mediatate, although because I feel generally overwhelmed with current state of my life LOL, I spend many moments taking a breath and focusing on mindfulness. Breathe baby breathe,

  9. I know right. I found the full one not too bad at all. It's the first time I've tried it. I must be doing it wrong!! Lol.
  10. High planks on elbows! Did not know this wasn't the full on plank. However it's what I can do yay me. Five minutes of planks with weights and rests in between. And because our van blew up on the drive across Canada I'm "stuck" in a Holiday Inn in Alberta. But got to use their gym today and smash some dumbells together. *clang clang* our dog is handling it best lolling around on a king-size bed snuffling up against the duvet.

  12. Hi im doing crappy on the exercise portion on my road trip. We are driving nine to 10 hours a day it's exhausting I've done no weight training with body at all. So unmotivated by time we reach hotel at night. Disappointed In self. Also ate some chips and chocolate bar but on the upside I still have not had a beer at end of the day. Gotta make tomorrow better somehow
  13. What is the difference between the NF level on a profile and my epic quest number. See what I mean dumb question. How come some people have many different links on bottom of thread? Should I put some there ?
  14. Yes I think I posted that on my own feed instead of in the challenge section still learning how to work this thing. want to ask so many questions but it could be annoying to those who have been around awhile...
