  1. Put zombies on hold until my legs don't make me want to fall down anymore; i was on week 5. The fruit instead of candy: I'm not eating candy but I'm not eating fruit either... it's weird. Biking is happening, will go again on thurs/fri since i have an early PT session tomorrow morning and a late meeting as well. Not feeling too well today but might try and squeeze some yoga in to keep my arms flexible after yesterday's session where we practiced push exercises and I did 30 pushups in 5 mins. They were box pushups, but still soooooo tough.
  2. Thanks! So far I've been able to do it every single day. saving my first cup for the morning at work, one around 14:00 and one when I get home after dinner.
  3. Well I have another PT session tomorrow, overhead press and its other forms xD
  4. Imagine walking like a drunk person combined with like 'collapsing' through your knees. It's still like that today I actually have to squeeze my 'butt muscles' (i think thats glutes) to be able to walk ^^
  5. Late update: working out has been going well, same for the commutes! The replacing candy part not so much and I'm currently working through some pretty bad DOMS from a 50 min long pure squat training.

  7. Failing on the 'keeping kitchen clean' part already; I did just get a temporary houseguest so maybe he should help.
  8. I plan on working out once a day, whether its the commute or strength or bodyweight workout (which leaves me 1 slacking off day, should be fine!). As for the candy replacing, next to the candy machines (that take effort) are big baskets full of fruit so that shouldn't be hard (my coworkers take fruit most of the time as well). Now just to get these evening snack cravings under control! Edit: I might hold off on the 2x strength and do one more bodyweight one instead.
  9. Hi all! I'm kinda new here too, got here thanks to a guildie of mine on World of Warcraft. I work in games so there's the nerd cred I'm most excited to work on my commuting to work; the summers / autumns in Sweden are so pretty, why not spend time in it on a bike! It's a 30 KM round trip that I want to do at least 2 times a week!
  10. Figured I would finally join in! My first challenge contains the following: - Replace candy with no carb drinks or a piece of fruit - Max. 3 cups of coffee a day, tea and water otherwise - Commute to work by bike min. 2 times a week (30 KM round trips, will link Strava profile for tracking) - Do bodyweight workout (or yoga) 3 times a week - Continue Zombies 5K training! Additional: - Clean up kitchen before I go to sleep (I have two cats so I should probably do this anyway!) Support is welcome since I have a pretty crazy work schedule now alongside 2-3 nights a week of raiding (on World of Warcraft). TODO: - Link Strava profile - Link one of my exercise tracking app profiles Edited: removed 2x strength training in favor of 1 extra bodyweight so that i can balance that + zombies 5k training during the week.
