  1. Hi there, I'm new here, and to a healthy life, and I'm still a bit confused about, well, about everything! I started this year weighing 170 pounds, I'm a 25 year old woman and I am 5'5'', yeah, thinks weren't looking good.I was at 39% BF as well. I started eating correctly, I'd say I'm on a flexible diet, cause what I do is pay attention to my macronutrients and try to always choose healthier options, and working out as well. And I took up on exercising, I take this class that mixes functional training with weightlifting exercises, and I'm also doing HIIT on the treadmill 3 times a week, 30 minutes. Now I'm at 125 pounds, which sounds good for me, I wouldn't like loosing much more than this, but I'm still at 26% BF, and I'd like to reduce this number. What should I do? I'm afraid that if I continue eating in the same way I will lose body fat but will end up too thin. Any advice for a noob?
