Good afternoon everyone!
I've been creeping around on this website for awhile but just officially signed up recently. I'm new to fitness as a whole. Throughout the years I've been more of a treadmill person, running on tracks or treadmills at moderate levels. However, with my new career change towards RCMP I need to get cracking on my fitness routine so I can pass the physical tests. Does anyone have any suggestions for basic routines that can get a beginner to where they need to be to pass the test in approx a year?
Stats: 5'6" 19 years old 140 lbs.
