  1. Hi All, Newbie here! So since starting a new job in January of this year my fitness has been majorly falling by the wayside. Prior to this I kept fit with crossfit, cycling, running & walking. My gym was beside where I worked previously so I used my lunch break for that, I cycled to work and walked my dog regularly. But since my job is no longer in the same town as me, I can no longer cycle to work or use my lunch break for the gym so now any muscles I had have turned into little wobbly bits of fat! At the moment I am up at 6am to get a train for work, I come home from work at 5pm to 2 crazy kids, a dinner to cook, clean up, lunches ready and bed time routines and I find it so hard to find energy to do anything else after that. So my question is this: If I sacrificed a half hour of sleep in the morning, got up and did a quick Workout every morning before going to work would it be beneficial for me? I have a pull up bar, rings, 2 dumbells, and a kettlebell. I was thinking of quick 15 minute work outs that would include, ring rows, KB swings, air squats, lunges, burpees, push ups, press ups, renegades, DB push press, DB thrusters – the list could go on and on really! Do you think I would improve my fitness and physique by doing this? I was thinking of 21-15-9 workouts with a couple of the above or 10-15-20. Obviously I would warm up and stretch beforehand. Am I silly to think this? Please feel free to be brutally honest with me. Thanks! Karen
