  1. Height? You should shred pretty quick at that cal count. IMO once you drop down in weight up the calories a bit as you drop, you really want to make sure you are getting enough when you be growing. Watch out for pop.
  2. I am in the best shape I have ever been in my entire life :D. I have worked out several times in the past this is the first time I have worked out and been serious about my diet. When I started I was in a 34" pant thinking I was a 34" waits.. I measured myself.. 39" chest, 39" waist... Started counting and in 3 months I was at 38" chest, 32" waist, I have kept that dimension since then. Trying to eat at maintenance. 5'9, Male was 178 now 146. Cal counting rules!
  3. I was wondering how long before a workout I should eat a mars bar to get the most out of it in my workout. Don't really wanna debate how good of an idea this is, I just really want a mars bar.. but I also want to use it's energy at the gym tonight.
