  7. I just feel like I take more 'recovery time' if I don't eat as much as I was when I first started paleo. Since I'm not hungry as often, I sometimes forget to eat for hours after crossfit. I don't want my lack of food to interfere with my workouts. I feel more worn down is all, I guess.
  8. I'm actually eating almost this exact meal...Two chicken thighs and a bag of steamed veggies with kerrygold. I didn't eat much yesterday because I was sick, so this is the first time I've eaten in about 18 hours except for saltines...X_X

  11. I’m either overworking or undereating. The scale is moving, but I think my body is having issues adjusting. I’ve been doing this for a month and a half now, and it’s usually easy to figure out how much food I should be eating. The problem is I’ve really got no clue what I’m burning at crossfit. I go there 3-4x a week, and I hit the regular gym on Sundays usually. I eat a -1,000 calorie deficit because I’m very overweight and can stand to lose more than 2 lbs. a week. The issue is I don’t think I’m eating enough to cover that deficit with what I do at work + crossfit + my BMR. My BMR is about
  12. I just made the most amazing breakfast ever. It was like paleo heaven. Eggs from the farmer’s market, 3/4 of a really large sweet potato that I sauteed until soft in kerrygold and cinnamon, and leftover steak. Unreal tasty, and a great thing to break an 18 hour fast. Yummm.
