  1. Hi, I'm a 22 y/o male who just started dieting to lose weight (started at 220 lb)I went to a nutritionist who gave me a low calorie diet (1350 daily he said) (3 main, 2 small meals). And after 8 days I've lost 10lb (water weight I assume)It includes lean chicken, fish, panela cheese, almonds, nuts, non sugar jelly, lots of greens and as carbohydrates 2 portions of fruit, 1.5 tomatoes and 4 corn tortillas through the day and lots of water, just to give you an idea (30min physical activity recommended, which I don't do)I have an appointment with the nutritionist later this week, and before I went there I just wanted to hear some opinions about his approach to help me lose weight, maybe some advice or warnings I should look into to better know what to ask him then.My questions would be if you think these calories are ok, if I should be doing the physical activity (and which one would you recommend), how to measure my progress (weight, measuring belly circumference, etc), how to avoid losing muscle mass and how to shift from losing water weight to losing fat. Anything helps, thanks. I can post the full diet if it helps edit: I haven't felt tired, hangry, dizzy, with less energy or anything abnormal, I've followed the diet religiously. Everything feels the same
