thank you so much! I think I can handle all of those, I was worried about any straight rope climbs, but wall stuff I should be able to manage. I'll begin training Monday.

Mostly just the obstacles. Based on my current 5k time, I don't expect a competitive finish time, (currently about 32 minutes on an indoor track) but I'm curious about the things they have other than running. Because I haven't been able to find anything that says what to expect. Obviously there won't be a detailed map or anything, but a general idea would be amazing.

I can't wait till I'm done in camp. 2 months of school will be awesome. I miss dead lifts, and hot yoga.

It's like regular yoga (bikram, I think) but in a hot room (I wanna say somewhere near 40 degrees Celsius).
