  1. Hi, everyone! I've tried one arm dumbbell overhead squat today. For some reason I feel pain (not the good post-training one) in my shoulders and lower back while doing this exercize. Not it's lessened but it's still here. I'm afraid of injury if I keep doing it. I don't have lower back pain while doing a barbell squat or shoulder pain while doing barbell overhead press. What can it be caused by? Is it a lack of mobility? Aren't my shoulders strong enough? I also can't keep the arm I hold the dumbbell in straight while squatting. P.S. Sorry if my English is incorrect.
