  1. This one is a fail. I've tried MapMyRun, MapMyWalk, RunKeeper, and Endomondo and none of them are tracking me accurately on my walks. This morning Endomondo told me I did six miles in 21 minutes and that one of those miles only took 44 seconds. So unless I'm using a treadmill I cannot measure my pace. I might try iNike but not sure if I care anymore.
  2. Your positive attitude is fantastic! Military spouses don't get the credit they deserve! Can you count working on the garage as your 3rd workout of the week? if you portion it out over 11 weeks I bet you'll be done.

  4. Random vent forthcoming: Why do people feel the need to try and break others down to make themselves feel better? I need a gym with an age limit; I STILL hate high school kids.
  5. I have joined the challenge, you may begin bowing. No really, go ahead, I'll wait. HaHa - I'm so excited about this. I've been a member on NF for about three months and this is my first challenge. It's going to be sweeeeeeeeet! First off, I think NerdFitness saved my life; on May 13 I was 670 pounds. Today I am 617 and can walk 2 miles without stopping and just did 20 minutes on the elliptical. My challenge is going to be helping me progress on my path and I'm looking forward to it completely!!! My Goals are |STR 2| DEX 3| STA 4| CON 3| WIS 2| CHA 1| Diet and Fitness Goals: Walk a Mile in 15 minutes: STR 1, DEX, 3, STA 1 (Started out doing 24 minutes a mile and did 20 minutes a mile yesterday)Get Under 600 Pounds: CON 3, CHA 1 (My 100 Goal is 570 but out of the 600's is a huge milestone) Workout 30m a Day, 6x a Week: STR 1, STA 3 (I seem to start and stop alot, good for six days then nothing for three, etc. I need to stay with it!) Level Up My Life Goal: Save up $500: WIS 2 I can't seem to hold on to cash, paycheck to paycheck sucks!) I hope I've done this right and I plan on posting here weekly I think, if not that often then balls to it, you'll see me back in six weeks! BTW - Who's up for some pvp?
  6. Seeing others who weigh less than me being bed bound or dying.
  7. I did the workout at the end of my first week of lifestyle changes in the food department. 17 pounds down so far!
  8. I just did Rookie Workout A for the first time and felt like I was going to die. This weight has to come off or I'll never be a father. This time it's going to!
