  1. I am new to Nerd Fitness and I followed the advice I've found here and had some success. I was wondering how long you guys are working out? I generally go to the gym about 4 times a week. I lift for about forty minutes generally four to five sets of eight. Generally I do bench, landmine press, deadlift, farmers carry and rows. Any advice appreciated
