  8. Hello all, I am making a respawn after 6 months off the forum and a slow but sad decline in my progress. So, I prefer to come back here, where I began in september 17. After a brief - but effective first try in september, I just fell out of the wagon for a variety of reasons at the biginning of january (I am adverse to new year resolution lol), all bad ones in restrospect. I did not fall back completely but I seriously need to get back on track to fulfill my big goal : being dynamic, strong and healthy.   13. Thank you both for reminding me this truth... I should weight me less. The end of the week was rocked by a stomach bug, ideal to lose weight and gaining it back shortly, which proves your point, lol So, at the end of my second week Paleo 17/21 I am quite satisfied Sport 6 /6 yeah ! Sleep : 4/7 not a great week but still pretty good NEW (fasting for 19h) : 1 I am feeling I am on the right track for exercise, I make progress in terms of weight and ease of movement.
