  8. Hello all, I am making a respawn after 6 months off the forum and a slow but sad decline in my progress. So, I prefer to come back here, where I began in september 17. I am a 38 yo French woman, mother of two very active boys, in a very stressful work situation just now. I definitely need to put myself together again to gain back the serenity and strength needed. After a brief - but effective first try in september, I just fell out of the wagon for a variety of reasons at the biginning of january (I am adverse to new year resolution lol), all bad ones in restrospect. I did not fall back completely but I seriously need to get back on track to fulfill my big goal : being dynamic, strong and healthy.   13. Thank you both for reminding me this truth... I should weight me less. The end of the week was rocked by a stomach bug, ideal to lose weight and gaining it back shortly, which proves your point, lol So, at the end of my second week Paleo 17/21 I am quite satisfied Sport 6 /6 yeah ! Sleep : 4/7 not a great week but still pretty good NEW (fasting for 19h) : 1 I am feeling I am on the right track for exercise, I make progress in terms of weight and ease of movement.
  14. I am quite unhappy because my weight doesn't budge albeit I don't do a lot of bad choices for meals... I guess the beginning of the cold makes me eat more. i wonder if lifting weight with machines at gym makes me hungrier. Hubby finds me leaner though. Well, stop the bad excuses, I must make mistakes and eat too much simply. I find going to the gym a real heaven, hubby is on the brink of a work burnout and he pulls myself in it with him without realizing it. Escaping to the gym is a blessing like this morning, at least I don't hear about work for the first hour of the day lol.

  20. Thursday, Thank you for your message ! Hectic day at work but good for paleo meals ! I feel like I don't crave bread anymore and sweets only when sick, youpi! 3/3 No sport except a long 1-hour walk and 8 hours of sleep 1/1 made me good enough to go back to the gym this morning at 6:30, it was hard after stopping for 4 days but i felt so good after! First snow fell yesterday on Paris and I realized that I may have to go to the gym walking in the snow at some point in the winter. i have to think how i organize my launchpad... Total 4/5, better :-)
