  1. Sunday 29/10 First week was pretty good eventually. Next week will be much more difficult for aim 1 particularly, I am with the in-laws for 5 days. i won't make a daily post here Aim 1, goal 1 : two perfect paleo meal a day breakfast : tea, citrus juice lunch : calves liver, vegetable, cheese, banana dinner : salmon, tomatoes, salad, pear, chocolate 6 different vegetables/fruits today, better 7/7 for the first week Aim 2, goal 1 : 5 minutes meditation or yoga 5 days a week youpiiiii 5/5 for the first week, but it was difficult Aim 4, goal 1 : 3 gym seances for diastasis a week none, it's definitely my big difficulty, I don't have the routine ready when I want to begin so it's difficult to just DO it. I will sit down and write a routine. i wonder if a daily and lighter practice would not fit more easily in my life? 2/3

  4. Saturday 28 Went to the gym today and took the "20-second courage" piece of advice I had just received from nerdfiness . When I usually go to the gym at 6:30, there is no coach. To day I went in the afternoon to ask how the machines worked. He showed me a few I will incorporate in my gym schedule 2 times a week. I prefer machines for the moment, it's the first time I try strenght training - adductor machine 35 lbs, 3x15 - abductor machine35 lbs, 3x15 - leg press 35 lbs, 3x15 - biceps curl 5 lbs,3x10 I could not do more, i have chicken arm - arm traction 10 lbs, 3x10 - something for the back 35 lbs, 3x15 It's not really a program I guess, I will try to find a program for the next challenge for now, I will dabble and try to find correct form first. Every comment is appreciated ! I am not sore on the morrow, does it mean it was not enough? Friday 27 Last day at work before holidays, yeahhhh Aim 1, goal 1 : two perfect paleo meal a day breakfast : tea, citrus juice lunch : potatoes and pumpkin gratin, ham, apple dinner : chicken thight, , pumpkin, cheese OK! 3 different vegetables/fruits today :-(( Aim 2, goal 1 : 5 minutes meditation or yoga 5 days a week done 3 Aim 4, goal 1 : 3 gym seances for diastasis a week another one ! 2
  6. Thursday 26 I could not drag myself out of bed so no gym on the morning. Another goal I did not mention here is working everyday toward my TOEIC exam planned in february lol Wednesday 25 Aim 1, goal 1 : two perfect paleo meal a day breakfast : tea, egg, banana, citrus juice lunch : sausage, rice, peas and carrots, tangerine dinner out with friends : scallops, risotto and vegetables, apple sauce OK! 7 different vegetables/fruits today (as promised no chocolate today) 3 Aim 2, goal 1 : 5 minutes meditation or yoga 5 days a week first thing I did coming back from work was opening my new meditation app for 10 minutes. It was great but it's a very new habit I am trying, it will be hard to keep at it. 1 Aim 4, goal 1 : 3 gym seances for diastasis a week no 1

Tuesday 24 went to the gym at 6:30 this morning and followed with an insane work day but it meant I walked between locations at least for an hour today Aim 1, goal 1 : two perfect paleo meal a day breakfast and lunch OK, dinner was ok but had half a chocolate at the end, the last one in the box. At least tomorrow, i won't have one, very little steps here lol 8 different vegetables/fruits today resisted a croissant at work yeahhh ! 2 Aim 2, goal 1 : 5 minutes meditation or yoga 5 days a week nothing again, it means i need to do it for five days in a row now... 0 Aim 4, goal 1 : 3 gym seances for diastasis a week no, clearly not a good day 1
  9. first update : monday 23 The children are away for the week so should have a lot more time at hand but came back home later than usual Aim 1, goal 1 : two perfect paleo meal a day breakfast and lunch OK, dinner was good but had a chocolate at the end, I think it,s because I ate so late. The later I eat, the sweetest tooth I have :-(. Even then goal attained 7 different vegetables/fruits today 1 Aim 2, goal 1 : 5 minutes meditation or yoga 5 days a week nothing 0 Aim 4, goal 1 : 3 gym seances for diastasis a week designed a series of exercice and did a seance, lot of work here ! 1

  11. Ouch I read your presentation and I hope you don't have too much pain. Even injured you have very nice fitness goals, keep up the spirits :-)
  12. Hello, I just laughed aloud when reading " I work to much to have much in the way of hobbies ", i feel exactly like that and never know what to answer when asked what i like doing. Be nice with yourself and follow your goals !
  13. The wake up call came when I saw on 20th july 2017 I weighed the same I did on the eve of giving birth to my first and second sons (9 and 6 y.o.)... I was weighting the SAME as a 9 months expecting mother ! That's to say 73kg (I am french) =160 lbs Plus a lot of others minor problems : constant tiredness, neckaches, headaches so debilitating I ended in ER, moodiness, dramatic stress etc... So I am 37 and I want to live life fully and be able to help myself if needed. I am WEAK and need to take care of myself. I definitely never followed the standard american diet (i maybe drink soda 4 times a year and never touched ketchup lol) but there is room for much amelioration. I went back to a paleo-ish diet and moved a bit more, two 30 minutes cardio per week and a swimmingpool session per week. In two month I lost 13 lbs but I am plateauing. I am looking for something else to push myself and I need to go accountable somewhere or I will slip back Aim 1 : 60kg = 132 lbs and ideally 57 kg=125 lbs Aim 2 : taking good care of myself Aim 3 : taking good care of my family Aim 4 : being stronger I played with the goals definition and for my first challenge they are Aim 1, goal 1 : two perfect paleo meal a day Aim 2, goal 1 : 5 minutes meditation or yoga 5 days a week Aim 4, goal 1 : 3 gym seances for diastasis a week
