  1. Thank you for everyone for your replies and for taking the time to read my post. I think you are right about it being breathing related. I have recently started to pay more attention to this and it is making a difference. I am still a little anxious about working out though and have been avoiding certain exercise , fingers crossed I can get my mojo back soon.
  2. Hi everyone, looking for a little wisdom and advice please, I am an active gym user and run regularly. I am a 32 year old female. I have started to experience dizziness when using weight machines. For example, tonight when using the chest press at 23kg and doing reps of 15 ( not even that heavy or strenuous ) my head felt so dizzy and i was worried I would faint. I went to the doctor, had a CT scan and there is nothing wrong with me but still whenever I lift any weight I feel like the pressure in my head is going to explode. Has anyone else experienced this feeling? I would love to hear any experiences that people have had which are similar and what you did about it. Thanks for reading. xo
