  1. DAY 28 Workout 15 minute dance workout. (SO HARD.) Diet Breakfast - Breakfast Casserole leftover Lunch - Ham Sliders Dinner - Chow Mein Analysis The workout was so good!! I loved this four week challenge. I can't wait until the next one!! Ending weight: 241.6 (I legit gained weight. FML. Lol!) Day 28 complete! I loved my first 4-week challenge! Here's to the next one!!
  2. DAY 27 Workout Shoveled 4 driveways. I was sweating by the end of it. Diet Brunch - Breakfast Casserole with fruit. Dinner- Ham sliders, cheese ball, chips, etc. (It was a lot.) Snack - Mac n Cheese Analysis Terrible on diet, but hey. It's Christmas. [emoji319] Day 27 over! Hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas!!!!
  3. DAY 26 Workout Shoveled three driveways. Totally counts. [emoji6] Diet Breakfast - Egg scramble (The new Cheerios!) Lunch - Cheesy Roll Dinner - Prime Rib with potatoes and carrots. Dessert - Lite Cheesecake Snack - Shrimp Cocktail School Lol. Analysis I ate waaaay too much, but it's Christmas Eve. Not worrying. Day 26 over! Hope everyone had a great Christmas Eve!

  5. Truth! I feel like I can't enjoy the holidays until I know my grades are fine.
  6. DAY 25 Workout -Cardio- 20 mall walk (YUP! My brother and I walked around our whole mall.) Diet Breakfast - Egg scramble Lunch - ...I don't think I had it actually. Dinner - Pork and Chow Mein. Snack - Turkey with Mac n Cheese School Honestly wish I could see what I got on my finals. Would be cool to see what I got on the 7-page computer ethics paper. Analysis Not a bad day. Did a lot of art and writing Christmas cards, so that was also fun! Day 25 nailed!!
  7. DAY 24 Workout Missed today. I forgot to schedule it today due to my double shift... Finally have time tomorrow to get back on track. Diet Breakfast - Eggs on Toast and a handful of chips. Lunch - BBQ Pork and potatoes. Dinner - Chili Dog (So bad yet so good...) School Finally got grades!! Only didn't pass 1/5 classes, so I consider that a win!! Woot!! Day 24 DONE!

  9. DAY 23 Workout Rest day. Diet Breakfast - Eggs on Toast Lunch - 5 Olive Garden Breadsticks. (YEAH. I KNOW.) Dinner - Pork and Mac n Cheese School Well my school's website is honestly broken so that's neato. Analysis It was a day. Day 23 happened, tbh. (Another late day! Getting today's up soon!)
  10. DAY 22 Workout 15 rowing squats 25 sit-ups Diet Breakfast - Eggs on Toast Lunch - Pork with Mac Dinner - Grilled Cheese School I got one final back for my film class. Wasn't amazing, but over I think I did ok in the class!! Analysis Not a bad day! Day 22 complete!! (A day late! Should get today's up soon!!)
  11. DAY 21 Workout A mid week rest day. I need to have these on a more consistent schedule. Diet Breakfast - Eggs on toast Lunch - BBQ Pork and Mac n Cheese Dinner - Burger School Still no grades. Thought they'd be up by now. [emoji53] Analysis Not the best day, but not horrible. Day 21 over! One week left!!
  12. DAY 20 Workout -Chest- 10x1 Standing Lower Chest Fly 15x1 Chest Press 10x1 Chest Fly 5x1 Valley Press Diet Breakfast - Eggs on toast. Lunch - Turkey Sandwich with chips. Dinner - Steak Sandwich with mashed potatoes. School Hoping to find out scores tomorrow. Returned textbooks, though! Analysis Felt good to do international cheat day! Also doing better on less fast food as of late! Day 20 done!!

DAY 19 Workout -Legs- 15 rowing squats 1 minute of stairs Diet Breakfast - Eggs with veggies and cheese Lunch - Vegetable beef stew (soooo good) Dinner - Grilled Cheese School We'll find out grades soon. Friend said she bombed a test we took, so I'm freaking out now. Analysis Chill Sunday. Not too shabby. Killed Day 19!
  14. DAY 18 Workout Broken record at this point, boy didn't get it in. Had work all morning, then went to a concert the test of the evening. Diet Breakfast - Egg Scramble on toast (So good.) Lunch - Pork with salad and Mac. Dinner - Pastrami Burger. (This was so bad but so good.) School I had that feeling of dreading Monday, then remembered I don't have school and almost cried. Analysis If I skip one more day of gym, I might cry. I miss lifting weights... [emoji22] Day 18 finished!!
  15. DAY 17 Workout A double at work, so a rest day today. Diet Breakfast - cold pizza (The BEST!) Lunch - Turkey salad (and a little pizza...) Dinner - Burger School Lol. Nope. Analysis I didn't workout, but after being on my feet for 10 hours I was a little tired. Proud of my salad choice! \o/ Day 17 owned!
