Wow sounds like you've had a bad time of time, hopefully aceing this challenge will make up for it a bit. As for your life goal that's lovely and I'm sure she will really appreciate it.

ooo I will have to have a look for that sound like just what I need. I'm on 9 full push ups and 16 second planks at the moment. I'm starting off slow with this one, first week is make the bed everyday. Yes that is how messy I am haha. Thanks for the welcomes I think I'm going to like it here

I'm also working on endurance with running but its not in this challenge, and I have a hoarding issue not drastic but I find it hard to throw things away. Good luck maybe you can inspire me to get rid of some stuff

Hello This is my first challenge and I've decided that I belong here with the monks :-) My goals for this challenge are: 1.1. I've just starting karate again after 10 years so I want to go to one session a week, shifts permitting - STR +1, DEX +1 AND STA +3 2. Get up to 15 full push ups in a row - STR +3 3. Get up to 20 sec planks - STR +3 For the life challenge I want to keep the house tidier and cleaner - CHA +5 My starting stats are: STR - 2 DEX - 2 STA - 3 CON - 2 WIS -4 CHA - 2

I second that Laney I'm sorry about the circumstances but good on you for stepping up My came when I realised I didn't like my body which I've never really had a problem with until 4 years after uni I realised I had gone up 2 dress sizes. Then I found NF and realised that I could be like all those badass women in films that I admired I just have to put the effort in. -

Hi sounds like you've made a good start towards your goals. If you can't find anyone to help in the gym there seem to be lots of info on form on the warrior guild post and some people posting videos to get comments on their form. -
