  1. Hey I used to think I had the same problem with getting bored of activities then I realised that the novelty just wore off quickly and that I still enjoyed them if I pushed myself to do them. Now I just have to give myself a kick up the butt but I'm sticking to things a bit more.

  3. I love omelettes, however I seem incapable of making them. I think the combination of a lack of patience and a decent frying pan is probably the problem.

  12. It's a shame that the media seems to want to push a perfect image of women (and men) I guess we have to just keep rejecting that image and doing our own thing. However rant does help the stress levels lol

  14. Hi I just joined the forum today after reading the blog for a couple of weeks. So here it goes... I was always healthy and active as a child and teenager however when I went to university and started work my diet went down hill and exercise just disappeared. After moaning about my body to my partner he gave me some brilliant advice "do something about it then". That's when I found NF and started doing the beginner bodyweight workout and the NHS couch to 5k podcasts ( I'm on week 3 :-) ), plus I am slowing cleaning up my diet. So I'm joining the forum to make sure this new lifestyle is a permanent one. Phew....Thanks
