Hello everyone, My name is Steve and I'm brand new here to NerdFitness. If you're interested, allow me to tell you a little bit about myself. I'm 51 years old, way overweight, out of shape and well into have a heart attack and die territory. No, I've not had a heart attack but every male on my dad's side has died from one. I'd like to break the cycle. I'm not exactly sure how I found the site but it caught my interest and I've joined the academy. I've begun checking quests off and have even leveled up a bit. I'll share more details in the future, I'm generally a private person and it might take me a bit to open up. Anyway, I look forward to meeting some of you out there and hope to share some success stories of my own as I make progress. Steve in VA
