  1. I eat out way too much. I have recently started cooking at home. So the cooking is a big challenge. Especially on days when I’m tired. Step goal is 7400 steps right now.   2. While I just joined NF, I started getting serious about my health a couple of weeks ago after I had my gallbladder removed. My main goal for the upcoming year is weight related as losing the weight will lead to an overall healthier lifestyle. I need to lose the weight as I am a borderline diabetic. Overall Goal - Lose 40 lbs in the next year (Dec 31, 2018) Challenge 1: Drink 2 litres of water per day Cut down coffee consumption by 50% Meet my step goal daily (no missed days) Cook dinner at home 6 days / week
