  1. I'm taking a brief break from lifting, hopefully just 1 week. I feel like shit, I've been eating too many carbs and I have no drive/focus. Gonna focus on walking as much as practical and try to find some cheap non-carb based pandemic food.

It's not bad, will take a bit of getting used to. Not sure if I like the amount of twisting my wrists are doing throughout the movement, will look up some tutorials on the youtubes.

Now I just gotta keep drilling it into my head that I gotta maintain all the changes and make them my new normal so I do not go back to being a sick piece of shit all the time. The form for the windshield wipers and GHR shall be described as "rustic". Yeah, that's a good word. It'll come along soon enough.
