  1. Hello all, I've been changing my diet and doing the beginner bodyweight workout followed by the beginner stretching routine twice per week since December 26th. More recently, I also started doing a Yoga routine based on the Flexibility challenge exercises given by email, also twice per week. It's been working great so far: since the beginning, my weight has dropped from 216 lbs to lower than 210 (when I weighed myself this morning, I was at 208). In less than a month, I consider this efficient, especially since my objective is to drop just under 200. But it's not optimal, in my opinion. I know that those are just beginner routines, and my fitness isn't great enough to switch to more advanced ones, but there are some minor modifications I've been planning to do, based on my current health condition. I've suffered from knee pain periodically since the last 3-4 years. To counter that, a physiotherapist suggested that I worked to strengthen my hamstrings, to better support the knees. I searched on the Internet for a good hamstring-focused exercise, and I found the reverse plank, which I could add to my current workout routine. Also, I planned on adding the forward lunge stretch to my stretching routine, since it was a stretching exercise recommended by the same physiotherapist. The point is, I'm not sure if I should implement those modifications, and I'm not sure if they are the best exercises I could add. Could I get some help on the matter? Thanks in advance.
