Being a Dolphins fan is punishment enough. *rimshot* Off to research Katy Perry songs... Damn! Errr... I mean... awesome work, dude! You're going to rock your budget review. You got the first one out of the way, you know what to improve upon this time, and you've been putting in the time. You got this.

Well, that was perfect timing! Hey, thanks! You got your post up yet? *goes to find KW's challenge* Wouldn't it be lovely if every challenge day was as easy as the first?

Help offered. How do you counter this? Chest stretches?

Small massage balls for forearms and hands
Wolverine replied to miss_marissa's topic in General Fitness
I just got these a couple of weeks ago. They are awesome. Obviously more expensive than a bouncy ball, but I like the material better. -
As someone who also got up at 5 am to workout, I commend you. It's soooooooo hard to get out of bed in the morning!

Heh. If Waldo was still around, he'd have a conniption right about now. Thanks! I'm having a lot of fun so far, so I say dooo eeet. Would be a nice complement to all that hockey...

And a giant mallet. And a crazy boyfriend. And a screw loose. I <3 sushi bulking. Gets a bit expensive, though.
-
Hope your last 2 days of bulking went well. My lifting belt doesn't fit this morning - success.

Damn your numbers are impressive! Love seeing your training split. Thanks for sharing.

Redwoods are awesome. And I'm not just saying that because I live among them. Have fun on your vacation. Looking forward to hearing all about it (and seeing any photos you decide to share)!

I had a hard time choosing a non-Aladdin themed challenge. Awesome. Welcome! Pointers/critiques/etc. most welcome. Yup. Injury related. I haven't done any squatting or deadlifting for almost a year now. For this challenge I started at the lowest recommended weights for squat (45 lb.) and deadlift (95 lb.), but started at 65% of working weights for overhead and bench. The weights listed are not my maxes (I don't know what those are yet, but will by the end of this challenge!) and, in fact, are still quite easy... but I'm being super overly possibly ridiculously cautious with my back. I'm in this for the long haul and keep having to remind my ego of that fact. Thanks! Thank you, All-Father-Bro. Blacksmith by day, Assassin by night... I like it.

[SymphonicDan] learns from the Warriors [level 13]

Are you familiar with Pinky and The Brain? Your cryptic comment had me making up a new Pinky and The Brain skit... Brain: "Are you pondering what I'm pondering, Pinky?" Pinky: "I think so, Brain, but where are we going to get a tennis racket and football at this time of night?" At any rate, awesome challenge (pre)start!- 75 replies

Love the format of this challenge! As someone who is either on with challenges or completely off, I really appreciate seeing someone try to embrace that place in between (if that makes any sense at all). Looking forward to watching you rock this one!

off topic The Mead Hall: The Warrior Water Cooler

WOW. Congrats!!! -
Do you have precise goals for 1 and 2 (e.g. X number of reps/sets of a certain progression)? I find having a clear goal in mind very helpful for judging progress. I'm also really good at weaseling my way out of things so I need a clear bar to hold myself accountable!

"It's my secret goal to get as many people as possible to do side crows, elbow levers, and all of the other cool things." It's probably a good thing you switched guilds this challenge, because if that's your secret goal then you'd make a horrible assassin.
