  1. Hi I'm Charlotte...and I have no idea what I am doing. A friend of mine had shown me this place and I honestly was not going to try it. It looks like a great idea, but I told myself I would never keep up with it (I am terrible at keeping up with things. Keys, housework, new habits. If you name it at some point I have probably lost it or forgotten to do it). But it's better to at least try. That said though, I am having a hard time figuring out my quests. I need to lose about 75 lbs, but I do know my goals are not just about my weight. My body simply cannot do the things I want to do (I would love to try things like parkour, scuba, rock climbing, aerial silks , but my body just plain won't do these things it the way it is now). I've been working on my eating habits lately, I pretty much only drink water (and coffee), I rarely eat fast food, most of my foods I eat are healthy choices. So I've been trying to do more, cutting way down on sugar, eating fewer carbs, measuring portion sizes out. My problem tends to be I get gung-ho about making a change and when I don't see results I lose steam and quit. I don't exercise and I should. However, I work 40 hours a week on a crappy shift that doesn't give me much free time. My mornings are spent doing light housework and errands and by the time I get home at 11 pm I'm too tired to want to work out. I also have plantar facitis in both of my feet, which exercise would help, however when the pain flares up it kinda zaps your willpower. So I feel like I'm sitting here at the bottom of the mountain wondering how on earth I'm going to climb it...help! lol (I did read the guidebook. I just feel kinda stuck as to what more can I do and what my next step should be)
  2. Hi Hazard, I'm wanting to give this a try for the first time and I've read the beginner's guidebook, but I'm having a hard time figuring out what my goals should be. Should I go ahead and post a thread in this challenge asking for help there?
