  1. Week 1 Summary (Feb 12 - 18th) 1. Went to Tai Chi class and it was great! 2. Hubs injured back so couldn't go to the mall. Made up for it (some) by doing extra walking other days this week, but it's not the same as meeting the goal. 3. I'm loving the meal planning. Followed plan 18/28 meals (64%). 4. Meditated 5/7 days for at least 5 minutes each time.
  2. My husband wanted to start drinking kombucha but didn't like any until he tried the Live brand - it has flavors like Cola and Pure Doctor. My non-soda go-to are the flavored sparkling waters, because I crave the fizzy.
  3. Day 1 (Monday, February 12th) 1. I was tired after a long day at work, but went anyway. Glad I did! The "real" instructor was there, instead of her ... apprentice? ..., and she did a much better job of breaking down the movements so I didn't feel as lost. 2. N/A 3. I did all meals and snacks following the plan! 4. 6 minutes!
  4. I've been on NF since November-ish, but this is my first time doing a challenge. I'm trying to get some habits/routines established, so hopefully this will help. 1) Try out Tai Chi - Participate in one class each week (Mondays) 2) Walk three laps at the mall each week (Wednesdays). One lap = .57 miles. 3) Use eatthismuch.com to do meal planning. Follow plan for 75% of meals. 4) Meditate at least 5 minutes per day. My reward: A new pair of geeky socks.
