  1. Looks like you're working hard at achieving your goals! I'm sure you'll do great in your first challenge! Thanks for sharing the hundred pushups program btw! I've been struggling with coming up with what exercises I want to do, and when I attempted to do some push ups, I realized I kinda wasn't even ready for the beginner bodyweight workout going by pushups alone :/ So I'll incorporate the hundred pushups program as well as a couple other programs into my first challenge as well! Keep it up and good luck!
  2. Hello everyone! I'm Alyssa, 21 year old female whose never exercised a day in her life Looking to change that however! I was diagnosed with PCOS a few years back (Poly Cystic Ovary Syndrome) and was told that that was why I had trouble keeping off weight. However I realized I never actually worked out and took care of my body properly, and I was using my syndrome as an excuse for not being able to become thin or lean or toned or more importantly, healthy.   3. Hello everyone! This is my very first post on the NF forums, and I'm hoping to find some help. I'm a 21 year old female, 152 lbs, and since I was in late elementary school (so about 13 or so years), I've hated my body and have never been comfortable in my own skin.
