  1. Cheers, it's for a course, so to speak. But yeah, the only thing with rucking, is packing smart. Putting solid weights in, might not be the most beneficial, packing clothes and such that weigh 45 Ib's helps distribute weight. Also finding a good ruck.
  2. Managed to get three consecutive days of 8-9 hours of sleep so far. Run time is at 38:00 minutes currently, and in so far as ruck, I currently am at a place I can't really ruck, but did 300 step ups with weight on Monday.
  3. Cheers, I hope you do as well. It does, and being around like minded people help.
  4. Greetings! Hopefully, I read the rules right, but I think I grasped the concept. A bit about me before I go all in; I currently am away from my home, and have been for the past three months. I've been lifting since I was 20 (Almost 28) now, and my biggest suckiest thing is Cardio, to which I hate. I love cosplay, tabletop gaming, and RTS games. But, without further ado, here is my list: Main Quest: Complete a 12 mile ruck in a time of 2:00:00 or better with 45 IB's dry and a 7.5 IB weight in the front. (Personal best is 2:24:00 Run Five miles in under 35:00 minutes (Personal Best is 35:34) Actually finish a print of my 3D printer for cosplay purposes to include sanding and painting. Sleep 8 hour days constantly Bonus Quests: Add about 30 pounds to my lift's Maintain Ketosis. If I messed the format, or quests, apologizes in advance. Thanks for letting me post, and I look forward to all the advice possible, you guys are great. -The Emperor Protects.
  5. Hello! First time member to NF. I joined to be amongst like minded people, and possibly make a few new friends along the way. I've got a couple years of muscular endurance/ lifting training so I can help there, and currently am trying out this Keto diet I've heard so much about. I always am looking to improve and learn a few new ideas and plans that might help me along the way. My biggest weakness or drawback is not sleeping or eating enough, as I fill out the workout and nutrition (Except for the lack of) pretty well. My hobbies include playing Warhammer, cosplaying, 3d printing, playing RTS and working out. Thanks for the welcome, and have a good day. -Alex
