  1. Yo! Been doing Calisthenics for over a year now, I haven't tried levers yet, I do advanced tuck levers but never did them seriously to progress in them but I think you can focus on both planche and levers since these muscles require different muscle groups (I think)
  2. UPDATE: Strength: -Changed my approach a little bit, I'll be using the "Grease the Groove" method for OAPU's (Doing 1 rep perfect form for multiple sets during the whole day). Hand balancing: - I had a setback in the handstand training because of an injury, now that I'm healed I'm back at 0. endurance: - Had a left knee injury for a week, I didn't check it but now it's gone so I'm back to running, currently at 3.5 Km o contunous hill running.
  3. Like you just run to everyplace you want to go to doing vaults and wall runs along the way? What level are you in parkour btw? what vaults can you do?
  4. Next challenge I will, I'm used to doing it like this because when I put the end goal I do whatever it takes to reach it by the deadline.
  5. Achieved a Free Handstand starting from a crow pose, it's nowhere near perfect since my arms are not locked but Finally my Legs are in the AIR
  6. Hey, I'm following my own program, it's a : push day -> full body --> pull --> Legs (With core and cardio in between). I'm not using parallettes, harder on the wrists but worth it
  7. Nice :D, I've been trying to start parkour again, I didn't train parkour for years now too, do you train alone or with friends? If alone, how do you find the motivation..?
  8. Hello, this is the first time that I'm posting here. I'm here because training alone it's hard to find motivation sometimes and this seems fun. I've been doing bodyweight training for Over a year now, I progressed pretty good I can now do L-sit pull ups, pseudo planche push ups, tuck planches V-sits, dragon flags, etc ... But I'm stuck with progressing in pushing, I started doing PPPU and one arm pushups to progress in both but realised I need to sacrafice a goal temporarly to pursue another, OAPU's are good to develop some serious punching power and overall strength So I chose to go with it first. I'm also planning on increasing my flex, endurance and learn how to do a handstand. Strength: Get a 3x5 *PERFECT* form one arm push ups increase V-sit max hold increase pullups reps and clean my form get a clean 3x5-8 wall handstand pushup flexibility: clean my pancake form increase my split range increase my pike max hold Endurance: Reach 4 km run in the forest (It has up and down hills, harder than running in the city) Hand balancing: Get a Free handstand Life goals: meditate daily learn deutsch daily
